This course is for those once looking into learning and practicing holistic yoga more than just the physical or hath a-yoga part of it. This 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course in Bristol comprises of 9 weekends- once in a month Saturday 11am to 6pm and sunday 9am to 3pm; and two long weekends at yoga satsanga ashram west waleFriday morning to sunday afternoon. Each month you will learn a series of postures- hatha-yoga, pranayama, visualisations and relaxation techniques, meditation techniques and Ashtanga-Yoga Philosophy of Maharishii Patanajali along with other parts of Hindu Philosophy in connection to yoga and evolution.
